How do I view or amend my contact details?

In the navigation at the top of the page, click on ‘My Details’, ‘Update Account Details’, then simply make any desired amendments and click on the ‘Update Details’ button at the bottom of the page.

How do I log out?

In order to log out simply click the ‘Logout’ option from the navigational menu. This will clear your session with Optimise UK.

How do I view my current affiliates?

Select ‘View Affiliates’ from the navigation menu. You can then search from individual affiliates who are currently signed up to your programmes by entering an Affiliate ID or name, an email address or a website URL.

Clicking on the ‘Details’ link next to each affiliate will allow you to check their Affiliate ID and name, a contact name, and to see which programmes they’re signed up to.

How can I accept or reject affiliates?

In order to accept or reject affiliates see the ‘New Requests’ section on the homepage. Click on the ‘Details’ button for the affiliates shown on the homepage, or click on the ‘All new requests’ link to see all new requests. Then click on the ‘Approve Affiliate’ or ‘Reject Affiliate’ buttons.

How do I view all current programmes?

In order to view all your current programmes simply select the Manage’ and ‘view/manage programmes’ option from the main navigational menu. Then select ‘Details’ next to the Programme you want to manage: on this page you can view Programme details, access Programme creative and view affiliates signed up to the programme.

How do I access banners/creative & editorials?

Creative and editorials for individual programmes can be accessed by selecting the ‘Manage’ and ‘view/manage programmes’ option from the main navigational menu. Or alternatively select the programme you are interested in by clicking on ‘Details’.

How do I change or add creative or editorial content?

If creative or editorial content needs to be added or changed, you can contact your Account Manager.

How can I add Programmes for other countries?

If you want to add programmes for countries other than the one that you’ve registered with, contact your Account Manager giving the details of the Programme(s), country and website involved. If possible, they will then arrange to have your account expanded to include other countries.

What do I need to implement Product Feeds?

The product feed implementation documentation contains all the information you need to configure a feed compatible with Optimise UK’s product database

What tracking is required to implement Product Feeds?

It Without item tracking in place it is still possible have a Programme feed, however it will not be possible to view details of which items have been purchased in transaction reports. Also, it will not be possible to have different commissions for different Programmes as all commissions from the feed will default to a single PID.

Can I view past invoices online?

Yes – simply click on ‘Invoices’ on the navigation menu and you’ll be presented with a list of your previous invoices. To view details of each invoice, click the ‘View’ button at the end of the corresponding row.

How do I access my reports/statistics?

To access your statistics simply choose ‘Reports’ from the navigational menu at the top of the page. You’ll land on the overview report, and can then see tabs at the top of this page leading to the Daily, Monthly and Content reports. Here you can view a statistical summary of the commercial movement for each Programme by day or month, including details of impressions, clicks, and total and validated transactions (depending on the method of tracking used for the programme).

You can also use the Ad Serving report to view statistics by content type e.g. text link, creative, editorial.
