Optimise MFA is a simple best practice that adds an extra layer of protection on top of your user name and password. Once MFA is enabled, when a user signs in to their account, they will be prompted for their usual user name and password, as well as for an authentication code from their MFA device (typically a Mobile Phone).
Adding MFA to your account
In your user account click on My Details > Update Account Details
Click the My Login Tab and tick to enable Dual Factor Authentication.
Once you’ve ticked the box the following Barcode will appear and Private Key:
Scan the Barcode with your Smart Phone Camera using an MFA App (We’ve listed some popular ones below).
Enter the 6 digit code generated and click Save.
Once you’ve done this we will ask you to enter a 6 digit code each time you log in. To remove MFA from your account simply untick the box and click Save to update your account.

I’ve lost my Phone or can’t generate an MFA Code anymore
If you can’t enter a valid MFA code you’ll need to contact your account Manager so that we can verify your identity and remove MFA from your account.
